Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Because some Nakama Rising products are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners, return addresses may vary by item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Change-of-mind returns:
Items must be unused, unworn, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and materials. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly misrepresented items:
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error, damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Non-returnable items:
Certain personalized, customized, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return when clearly identified as such on the product page.

Marketplace orders:
Orders placed through third-party marketplaces such as eBay may also be subject to that marketplace’s buyer-protection and return policies. Where applicable, marketplace requirements will apply.
